Coming back!

HI everybody.

During these months my life is changed. This fact is due to two mainly reasons : the first one is my little baby Gaia. She’s growing up and making progress day by day. There are no words to describe the incredible feeling to be father. The second one is related to my first love : research. Infact I’m working as computer science Ph.D. student. My current research interests include image processing, signal processing, pattern recognition, computer vision and related applications.

Now it’s time to refresh blog entries hoping they can be useful for someone….

From march 2007 until now the blog collected 21,454 views.

Happy (half) Birthday, Gaia!

Yes! Yesterday (18.03) my little Gaia had half birthday. She’s very nice and very interactive. Everything catches her curiosity.

Today I celebrate my first father’s day…. What a wonderful sensation nestle you and see your smiles, my sweet honey.

Stop with Fur Chinese Farm

Hi guys. That’s not a joke. Take a look to this video (N.B. it is very impressive) to have an idea of the atrocity against these poor animals. As described in the PETA web page :

Eighty-five percent of the fur industry’s skins come from animals living captive on fur factory farms. These farms can hold thousands of animals, and the practices used to farm them are remarkably uniform around the globe. As with other intensive-confinement animal farms, the methods used on fur factory farms are designed to maximize profits, always at the expense of the animals.

Sightseeing in Cagliari with Gaia

Yesterday we took advantage from a sunny day and we went for our first relaxing tour with the little Gaia in the highest zone of Cagliari, known as Castello.

Almost a week!

We are near to going by a week with our sweet Gaia.

Hi. My little wonderful Gaia finally comes at home. She’s quiet and she slept deeply all day.

Bellezze di Sardegna

Ieri sera, tornavo da Foxi e non ho resistito alla tentazione di fermarmi a contemplare la bellezza delle saline al tramonto in una giornata calma ed ammirare la silhouette dei fenicotteri sullo sfondo. Davvero meraviglioso. Allego una foto fatta con il cellulare che purtroppo non rende giustizia all’incanto del momento.
